"Both on the way and the return journey were late. Return journey had to be called for and rebooked because the taxi service forgot. Was told on both journeys that the original driver had an accident which seems unlikely. Not worthy of the premium price at all."

"Our flight was delayed by 45mins & there was a problem with baggage conveyor belt at Edinburgh which caused a further delay of 45mins. However our driver Imran(?) was patiently waiting for us. The 20 min ride home in his Jaguar XF helped to distress us and he didn’t charge extra for the delay."
